FaceUP basic training - introduction to facial massages
Become a certified facial massage specialist with the comprehensive FaceUP training – an introduction to lifting and shaping facial massage. The FaceUP method is based on Japanese Kobido techniques and facial yoga, combining tradition with a modern approach to skincare and working with facial muscles.
training program
During the training, you will learn the anatomy of the face – how to recognize and name facial muscles and identify issues related to muscle tension. You will practice manual techniques for working with both muscles and deep tissues, as well as perform lymphatic drainage to support the skin’s natural detox and regeneration processes.
You’ll discover how to use facial massage to smooth wrinkles, improve skin firmness, and enhance the overall appearance of the face, neck, décolletage, and shoulder area. We’ll also discuss the benefits of massage and review all contraindications to ensure safe and effective practice.
Additionally, you will be introduced to the basics of facetaping – a modern method that supports the results of facial massage and helps release muscle tension.

gua sha & chinese cupping supplementary training — lifting massages
This supplementary training is packed with valuable information and hands-on practice, ensuring you’ll be well-equipped to offer these effective treatments to your clients. Includes two massages.
gua sha
Massage using special stones has its roots intraditional Chinese medicine. In the Far East, Gua Sha massages are performed on both the face and the whole body. It is an excellent alternative to manual massages – it does not heat the skin as much, making it ideal for sensitive skin. In this training, you will learn gua sha massage techniques using different types of gua sha plates.
chinese cupping
Cupping massage is an intensive facial firming treatment. It helps to liminate lymphatic congestion, thereby reducing various types of swelling. In this training, you will learn Chinese cupping massage techniques.
The training is focused primarily on practical learning, complemented by essential theory. Each participant will receive a detailed training script to support their learning process. During the workshop, every trainee will work on at least two different models, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a variety of skin types and facial structures. After the training, each student will receive a gift: Gua Sha stone or Chinese Cupping.

sinus therapy
Recurrent sinus inflammation and a stuffy nose are very common problems. My training will teach you how to help clients combat these ailments and provide them with immediate relief. My program is based on massage techniques and a special type of kinesio taping. In this training, you will learn: sinus diagnosis, manual therapy techniques that effectively alleviate sinus inflammation symptoms, kinesio taping to support therapy.

Migraines and severe headaches are a recurring problem for many people. Often, these ailments are caused by tension. Deep massage of the head, temples, ears, and neck brings immediate relief and prevents recurrence. In this training, you will learn: how to locate and recognize tension, massage techniques effective for fighting migraines.

I am a facial therapist. I am taking care of your face and healthy, natural look. I don’t pretend to be an expert in everything, I focus on what I am best at. I will not do invasive treatments but I will help you to relax and naturally rejuvenate your appearance.
